DZI has built everything from FDA regulated pharmaceutical production facilities and $220-per-square-foot executive offices to algae research farms and high-end bike shops.  While the majority of our business is laboratory construction, we seek out and enjoy success in multiple sectors of construction.

Build: With a clear plan and a defined set of needs, our team moves the project quickly, delivering quality cost-effective construction. Procore project management software and onsite tablets allows for effortless communication with the entire team, providing construction managers and clients increased collaboration and efficiency.


Drawings and documents are accessible in the field, providing instantaneous communication and answers; as well as accountability and risk prevention. Review: We monitor and review construction and budgets throughout the building process. Every project contains a lesson; learning from them allows us to not only celebrate successes, but increase productivity.
