The $6.5 million, 35,000 square foot, laboratory and office tenant improvements are nearing completion. Extensive interior glazing and four exterior folding door systems take advantage of the views of the Pacific Ocean and Torrey Pines landscape.
The project includes one pass air system in the laboratories, new lab air, vacuum, DI water, O2 generator, nitrogen and CO2 distribution systems; as well as custom wall coverings, a ceiling baffle systems, custom casework, and a dramatic living wall.
